Delete your CORTEX account.

You can request deletion of your CORTEX account and the personal data associated with it. We verify the request before deletion to protect your account from unauthorized removal.

Option 1 — In the CORTEX app

  1. Open CORTEX and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

If this control is not present in your installed version, use Option 2.

Option 2 — Email a deletion request

Email the address below from the email connected to your CORTEX account. Use the subject “Delete my CORTEX account.”

What deletion covers

After verification, we delete or de-identify the account profile, stored conversation memory, and other personal data tied to the account, except information we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or transaction-record obligations. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or the payment provider used to subscribe.
