Every product must answer these clearly.
- 1.What human need does this serve?
- 2.What attention, relationship, judgment, or responsibility does it protect?
- 3.What power does the person retain?
- 4.What data does the system need, and why?
- 5.How can the person understand, correct, reverse, or end the interaction?
- 6.What evidence shows that the promise is true?
If the answers are vague, the proposal is not ready. If the benefits depend on hiding limits or overstating capability, the proposal conflicts with the movement.
